This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys shaping meaningful learning experiences that support people across New Zealand, the United States, and Canada.\nAs part of our People & Culture team, you’ll support learning delivery, maintain and enhance our Learning Management System (LMS), and play a key role in developing compliance and technical training content. You will also bring strong facilitation capability and act as a backup for the Rocket Lab Academy, ensuring continuity of training delivery across the business.\nWHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:\nSupport and manage updates within the LMS to ensure accurate, relevant, and role-specific training assignments.\nHelp design, develop, and deliver learning initiatives that build organisational capability and foster a strong learning culture.\nFacilitate workshops, forums, and training sessions, engaging learners across multiple teams and locations.\nServe as a backup facilitator for the Rocket Lab Academy, maintaining training coverage when needed.\nLead and contribute to compliance-related training projects, including current development of US compliance modules and upcoming Neutron technical training.\nCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, scalable, and tailored to operational needs.\nProvide learning and development advice to individuals, leaders, and programs.\nSupporting continuous improvement of learning systems, resources, and processes.\n\nYOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS:\n2+ years experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field.\nExperience in production, manufacturing or technical industries\nCertification in training and development is a plus\nExperience with AI in an L&D environment\nStrong facilitation skills and confidence delivering training to diverse groups.\nExperience with LMS platforms, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, or similar tools\nExcellent organisation and attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.\nIf the above sounds like you apply now!\nWHAT TO EXPECT \nWe’re on a mission to unlock the potential of space to improve life on Earth, but that’s not an easy task.
