Engagement Manager - US\nWhat will you do ?\nCustomer Engagement & Relationship Management:\nAct as a strategic advisor, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams.\n\nDrive engagement success by aligning customer goals with Rocketlane’s platform capabilities.\n\nEnsure smooth onboarding and implementation, driving adoption and time-to-value.\n\nProject & Program Management:\nLead and manage multiple customer implementations, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.\n\nEstablish clear project plans, track milestones, and proactively address risks and roadblocks.\n\nLeverage Rocketlane and other PSA tools for project tracking, forecasting, and reporting.\n\nProcess Optimization & Change Management:\nIdentify and implement best practices to enhance customer onboarding and professional services delivery.\n\nDrive process improvements that improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.\n\nStrategic & Analytical Thinking:\nUtilize data-driven insights to optimize engagement strategies and enhance customer experience.\n\nWork with internal teams to provide feedback, influence product enhancements, and refine service offerings.\n\nCustomer Success & Retention:\nCollaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure continued value realization for customers.\n\nPartner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and contribute to business growth.\n\nWho We're Looking For:\nResults-driven professional with 10+ years of experience in project/program management, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement.\n\nStrong customer-facing and executive communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships internally and externally.\n\nExpertise in organizational and change management, balancing competing client demands while ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.\n\nProficient in project financials and PSA tools.
