In this role, you will support construction projects from start to finish, assisting with project planning, cost tracking, document management, and field coordination. Under the guidance of a Market Leader and Project Managers, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, on schedule, and within budget.\nThis position offers a mix of responsibilities:\n Project Engineering - Oversee project progress, manage scopes of work, and ensure quality control.\n Administrative Support - Maintain project documentation, track contract details, and manage communications.\n Field Work - Visit job sites to monitor construction activities and address challenges, conduct thorough inspections of in-place construction work to ensure compliance with contract documents, including plans, specifications, and applicable codes.\nIf you have phenomenal communication and project management skills, apply today and become a part of our dynamic team!\nKey Responsibilities\nFoster an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion.\nMonitor project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance, providing regular updates. \nAddress client needs, concerns, and requests throughout the project lifecycle. \nReview engineering deliverables and recommend corrective actions. \nMaintain bid sites with plans, specifications, and addenda. \nDevelop scopes of work and compile project manuals. \nTrack and distribute bulletins, ensuring pricing accuracy for Project Managers. \nMaintain and update project information in PM software. \nDocument OAC/CM meetings and participate in project management discussions. \nProvide updated unit pricing for estimating department. \nPerform other duties as assigned.\nReview and process contract material submittals\nProcess RFI\nField quality assurance and conformance\nMonitor construction site for safety compliance or concerns\nRequirements\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management.\n Experience: 1-3 years in construction, or successful completion of an internship/co-op in the industry. \n Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access). Examples of physical hazards include noise, proximity to moving vehicles, atmospheric conditions, close quarters, uneven surfaces, and elevated surfaces.
