We specialize in providing strategic insights and transformative solutions to healthcare organizations, including providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, and biotechnology firms.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in gathering, cleaning, and transforming raw data from different sources (e.g., databases, APIs, spreadsheets).\nPerform data wrangling tasks to ensure data quality and consistency.\nAnalyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.\nCreate basic data visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs) using tools like Power BI, Qlik, and other leading tools.\nHelp develop, test, and refine data models or reporting applications for predictive analytics or business intelligence.\nAssist with creating and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring they are running efficiently.\nSupport the creation of detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, methodologies, and workflows.\nDevelop and test data workflows to transform, cleans and structure data for consumption\n Required QualificationsMust have a BA/BS Degree\nMust have 2-3 years of experience working in the data and analytics space\nProficiency in Python, R, SQL \nExperience with at least one data visualization platforms (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) \nExceptional communication skills (written and verbal) \nStrong presentation and storytelling abilities \nCritical thinking and problem-solving expertise \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Pharma, Biotech or Healthcare \nExperience with Oracle Cerner\nExperience with data ingestion, transformation or wrangling\nAwareness of statistical analysis and predictive modeling capabilities\n#LIREMOTEHere at rockITdata, we are committed to following our 10 Guiding Principles.\nOur Guiding Principles define our culture.
