In this role, you'll lead the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training programs that prepare healthcare professionals, system administrators, and Government stakeholders to successfully adopt new technology solutions. Working closely with Organizational Change Management, Communications, engineering teams, and customer leadership, you'll develop engaging learning experiences that promote user confidence, operational readiness, and long-term adoption of enterprise healthcare systems.\nThis position is ideal for an experienced instructional design professional who enjoys translating complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences while helping organizations successfully adopt innovative technologies that improve healthcare services for our nation's Veterans.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, development, and maintenance of instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs supporting enterprise healthcare technology implementations.\nDevelop curriculum, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, quick reference materials, user manuals, and other learning resources.\nPartner with subject matter experts, Business Analysts, engineers, and Government stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective learning content.\nConduct training needs assessments and develop learning strategies that support organizational readiness and technology adoption.\nCoordinate training schedules, instructor assignments, learning logistics, and course delivery activities.\nDeliver instructor-led training sessions, virtual workshops, demonstrations, and train-the-trainer programs as required.\nEvaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and learner feedback while recommending continuous improvements.\nCollaborate with Organizational Change Management and Communications teams to align training initiatives with stakeholder engagement strategies.\nMaintain training documentation, course materials, learning management records, and curriculum updates throughout the project lifecycle.\nRecommend innovative instructional technologies and adult learning techniques that improve learner engagement and knowledge retention.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.\nFive (5) years of experience designing and delivering technical training or instructional programs supporting enterprise technology implementations.\nExperience developing instructor-led training, eLearning, virtual learning, and blended learning solutions.\nStrong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional systems design (ISD), and curriculum development methodologies.\nExperience using Microsoft Office, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or similar instructional development tools is preferred.\nCertified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), ATD Master Trainer, or other instructional design certification is preferred.\nExperience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, or Federal program management is preferred.\nExcellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.\nHere at rockITdata, we are committed to following our 10 Guiding Principles.\nOur Guiding Principles define our culture.
