Rockstar is recruiting for a venture-backed startup building AI workers for non-production departments in American manufacturing. They're backed by a16z speedrun and angels from Brex, Xwing, and Betterment. Their mission is to revitalize the industry and rebuild America's manufacturing backbone by removing back-office bottlenecks so US manufacturers can move faster, grow, and compete globally. About the Role This is a true 0→1 marketing role. The person in this position will own brand and content end-to-end. They set the direction, and they do the work. They will concept, write, ship and track performance of LinkedIn posts, blog articles, website copy, launch campaigns, videos, social posts, and sales collateral that tell the company's story - and their customer's. As the company's first dedicated marketer, they will work directly with the founders to define the voice, content franchises, and put it in front of the manufacturers the company serves. This is a seat for a maker, not just a strategist.
