The client operates a Manila-based studio and works closely with a New York team, leveraging proprietary tools to deliver exceptional results for owned brands and client campaigns.\nLocation: Manila studio, working closely with the New York team\nAbout the Role\nEvery Creative Strategist works in a pod at the Manila studio, paired with an AI-native engineer, a set of accounts, and dedicated clients. The strategist works inside the client’s agent harness for media production. The engineer builds agents and tools around the strategist’s workflow so research and production are automated and the strategist can ship 10x more at the same quality.\nThe client hires Creative Strategists into one of four tracks. Every track is measured the same way: by how the content shipped performs. Strategists can move between tracks as they grow.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPerformance Strategy: Decide what content runs across thousands of accounts, monitor formats and hooks, brief the pod, and run experiments for owned brands\nClient Content: Own execution and performance for client campaigns: daily output, format adaptation for new verticals, structured tests, and account health\nExploratory Content: Develop new AI-native formats, prototype pipelines with Claude and other AI tools, and hand winners to Client Content\nSocial Media Creative: Make native, platform-first concepts, hooks, carousels, UGC-style videos, and trend formats for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts\nEvery track: Ship daily, read performance data, master the client’s creative tools, and document what works\nWhat the Client Looks For\nNot all required, the more the merrier.\nA portfolio or reel of work the candidate made themselves\nExperience growing organic social accounts or running performance short-form content\nSkilled with prompting the latest image and video models\nStrong written and spoken English; the candidate will work closely with the New York team\n Bonus: Hands-on experience with AI video and image tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Seedance, Midjourney, or ComfyUI\nWho You Are\nThe ideal candidate likely has friends and colleagues who consider them a leader, the kind of person who, when something they’re responsible for is underperforming on a Saturday night, is already three experiments deep before anyone asks.\nThe candidate is passionate about building things, with a tendency to tinker on projects.
