Rockstar is partnering with the client to find a Deployment Engineer to help customers get live on the platform.\nAbout the Company\nNobody goes into accounting to spend the first week of every month matching transactions by hand. The company was built so they don't have to. Its agents do the accounting work itself: journal entries, transaction matching, reconciliations, and flux analysis, continuously and with a full audit trail. Accountants review and approve. Nothing posts without a person signing off. It removes the grind, not the human.\nThe company is the agentic AI platform for enterprise accounting. Everything needed to know is below.\nThe Role\nAs a Deployment Engineer, the candidate gets customers live. They will sit alongside Account Executives through complex deal cycles, run technical proofs of concept, and then build what each customer needs to launch: integrations to their transaction systems, custom modules, and prompt and model tuning so the AI performs the way their accounting requires. When something breaks in production, they are the one who fixes it.\nThis is engineering with a customer in the room. Communication matters as much as code.\nWhat the Deployment Engineer Will Do\nWorks with Account Executives on complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders\nRuns technical proof-of-concept processes and presents tailored demos based on customer and business needs\nLeads technical discovery calls and writes the implementation scoping document for each customer that launches with the company\nTunes prompts and models to get the right AI performance for each client\nBuilds integrations to transaction systems such as revenue, billing, and accounts payable, and the custom modules customers need to go live\nPartners with product and engineering to deliver on customer requests and advocate for customer needs\nTroubleshoots, debugs, fixes, and upgrades software for reliable performance in production, and supports deployed solutions over time\nWhat the Company Is Looking For\n2 or more years in forward deployed engineering, sales engineering, implementation engineering, or solutions engineering\nBachelor's degree in any engineering discipline; computer science preferred but not required\nStrong verbal and written communication skills and comfort working directly with customers\nProficiency in languages such as Go, TypeScript, or Python\nExperience working with Account Executives on technical sales processes for enterprise customers\nProactive, highly motivated, and able to handle the intensity and pace of a startup\nWhere and How the Deployment Engineer Will Work\nThis role is based in the company's downtown Toronto office, near Union Station.
