As part of the Workplace Services team, you will provide key coordination of the day-to-day operation of the site and its facilities services.\nThis is a six (6) month contract position, in-office based out of Rockstar’s development studio in Andover, MA.\nWHAT WE DO\nThe Rockstar Workplace Services team (WPS) is responsible for ensuring the office, building, programs, and services work harmoniously together to support the core business.\nWe create a creative, supportive, and safe working environment for the staff at Rockstar.\nWe manage and develop a variety of services and programs, including food & beverage, physical security, building maintenance, furniture, security, cleaning, space utilization and operational support.\nWe ensure the site complies with all relevant statutory guidance and legislation.\nWe partner with senior leadership to drive proactive real estate growth strategies, leasehold improvement, and capital expenditure projects.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nReview and monitor internal ticketing system, provide timely updates, record actionable steps and ensure the needs have been met for the end users.\nProactively identify issues through walkthroughs; prioritize and address them through self-performance or outsourced vendors.\nCoordinate, plan, and execute assigned projects ensuring all work is done to a high standard, and progress updates are regularly provided.\nPerform quality control on assigned services.\nCoordinate vendor work schedules as required, and conduct follow up tasks for project completion.\nConduct checks and audits of the site for quality control and safe conditions.\nKeep trackers and management systems up to date and produce progress reports for the Workplace team and other support teams.\nAssist with the procurement, administration and coordination of Workplace Services including POs, auditing invoices for accuracy, and updating relevant financial trackers.\nProduce and coordinate facilities information and documentation in line with company requirements.\nSupport health and safety and compliance assignments.\nUndertake any assigned ad-hoc duties to maintain the facilities.\nREQUIREMENTS\nAble to lift 50 lbs.\nPossess a vehicle/driver's license preferred.\n2+ years experience working within a facilities or workplace operations role, ideally supporting corporate office buildings and services.\nPossess an understanding of vendor management principles.\nExcellent communication (written and verbal).\nCreative problem-solving skills.\nProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).\nPLUSES\nExperience with space management, ticketing, security, project management, and financial software systems.\nHOW TO APPLY\nPlease apply with a resume and cover letter demonstrating how you meet the skills above.
