This is a part-time role requiring approximately 10-15 hours per week. Rockstar is looking for someone who can manage their time effectively, work independently, and consistently deliver results within that commitment. The job is to take ownership of existing growth initiatives, from LinkedIn outreach to reactivation campaigns, and turn them into repeatable systems that consistently generate business. Rockstar is open to folks from a variety of backgrounds and will teach the platform, processes, and tools. What matters most is how the candidate thinks, how quickly they learn, and what they do when given ownership of a problem.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn Customer Acquisition\nRun LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns, from prospecting and connection requests to follow-ups and ongoing engagement\nManage the prospect pipeline and ensure opportunities are tracked and followed through\nOwn Reactivation Channels\nRun campaigns to re-engage existing and past clients and uncover business opportunities\nExecute repeatable processes that turn client relationships into a consistent source of business\nWho You Are\nHungry and driven: You want to do great work, take on responsibility, and see the results of your efforts. You are willing to put in the work, including the unglamorous parts.\nSmart and resourceful: You learn quickly, think critically, and can figure things out even when there’s no obvious answer.\nAnalytical and curious: You want to understand why something works, not just whether it does. You notice patterns, ask good questions, and look for ways to improve.\nOrganized and reliable: You can juggle recurring responsibilities, manage details, and make sure important things don’t slip through the cracks.\n A strong communicator: You can write clearly and communicate proactively.\nYou don’t need prior experience in growth, sales, or marketing. Rockstar is open to candidates from any background and cares much more about potential, work ethic, and ability to learn than resume.\nWhat Rockstar Is Looking For\n1-3 years of work experience.
