Sr Software Engineer Mobile [US-FinTech in 🇨🇭]

Rockstar Recruiting is exclusively building a high-caliber engineering team in Switzerland for a US-based fintech. This is a senior individual contributor role with a mobile focus, hands-on Flutter work on a white-labeled banking platform, backed by full-stack contributions where the product needs them.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Flutter development, shipped to production
• Full-stack capability: ReactJS on the frontend, Java and/or NodeJS on the backend
• Experience building multi-channel products, mobile and web off a shared platform
• Proven understanding of web standards, performance, security and browser internals
• Production ownership: you have run, supported and debugged what you built
• Comfortable in a mature engineering culture: code reviews, pull requests, shared design refinement
