By owning the mortgage vertical, the client will own the relationship with the consumer, positioning it as the essential AI infrastructure for high-consideration consumer sales.\nThe Role\nThe client is looking for a smart, highly organized, and relentlessly reliable Operations Associate to help scale their team.\nThe Operations Associate will initially focus on recruiting: talking to candidates, running interview processes, reviewing resumes, and helping the client hire great people. Over time, the Operations Associate will take on additional operational projects and work directly to improve processes across other parts of the company.\nWhat the Operations Associate Will Do\nCoordinate interviews and communicate directly with candidates, including building AI agents to automate these workflows\nHelp evaluate candidates and sell them on joining the client\nManage the client's recruiting pipeline, resumes, and candidate data in Ashby, and manage job posts across Handshake, university career centers, and other channels\nWhat the Client Is Looking For\nExtremely organized: can manage many moving pieces without dropping details\nExcellent communicator: clear, concise, polished, and personable\nHigh-agency and proactive: sees what needs to happen and makes it happen\nWhat the Operations Associate Will Gain\nReal ownership: help build candidate pipelines and improve how the client recruits as it scales\nBroad exposure: recruit across engineering, product, sales, and other functions at a rapidly growing AI startup\nRoom to grow: take on additional operations responsibilities as the Operations Associate automates more of recruiting, based on their interests\nExperience\nPrior recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience is preferred, but not required.
