decisions around data access patterns, permissions models, and secure sharing architecture.\nWrite high-quality, well-tested code in Go and Python with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical planning for the data platform.\nQualifications\n8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant experience in backend or platform engineering.\nStrong proficiency in Go and Python.\nExperience building identity, access control, permissions, authentication, authorization, or other security-focused systems.\nComfortable working across the full stack, with a strong preference and expertise in backend services.\nExperience with graph databases (Dgraph or similar) is highly preferred.\nInterest in contributing to database internals is a plus.\nStrong understanding of distributed systems, reliability, security, and performance optimization.\nExcellent communication and
