Our clients typically have fewer than 50 employees and use our service to hire great talent for under $2K per role (~2-3% of first-year salary). We’re growing quickly and building a new kind of recruiting infrastructure for small businesses.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts\nRespond to candidate inquiries and communicate with professionalism and empathy\nCoordinate and track email campaigns to ensure timely candidate outreach\nMonitor candidate scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations to keep the process on track\nProvide feedback on communication templates, scheduling processes, and campaign tools to help us improve efficiency\nCollaborate with US- and PH-based team members to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery\nWhat We’re Looking For\n1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin/ops - ideally post-college and in a business setting\nExcellent written English and comfort communicating with US-based candidates and teams\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail - you keep things moving and nothing falls through the cracks\nA proactive mindset - you see inefficiencies and suggest better ways to work\nComfortable working during US business hours (EST)\nBonus: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or email campaign tools (but not required)\nThe Details\nType: Full-time contract (40 hours/week)\nSchedule: Must overlap with US business hours (EST)\nLocation: Remote - candidates based in the Philippines are strongly encouraged to apply\nGrowth: Opportunity to grow with the team and take on more responsibility over time\nWhy Join Us?\nYou’ll be part of a mission-driven company reshaping how small businesses hire - combining smart humans and GenAI to make recruiting better, faster, and more affordable.
