Deshalb suchen wir dich in Festanstellung.\nAufgaben\nSprachmodelle in Fachanwendungen integrieren: RAG mit Retrieval und Reranking, Tool-Calling, MCP-Server, Multi-Agent-Abläufe\nEvaluierung aufbauen: Antwortqualität messen, Halluzinationen eingrenzen, Kosten und Token-Verbrauch im Griff behalten\nModelle auswählen und wechselbar halten (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, offene Modelle), Governance und Datenschutz mitdenken\nBetrieb: Container, CI/CD, Monitoring, Alerting\nEnge Abstimmung mit Fachbereich, Architektur und Betrieb des Kunden\nDas musst du mitbringen\nJeder Punkt muss im Lebenslauf nachweisbar sein.\nMindestens drei Jahre Softwareentwicklung in Python oder TypeScript, nach Ausbildung oder Studium\nMindestens eine LLM-Anwendung, die bei einem Kunden oder Arbeitgeber produktiv lief (RAG, Tool-Calling, Agenten), mit deinem Anteil daran\nDocker, CI/CD und Git aus dem Projektalltag\nDeutsch mindestens C1 in Wort und Schrift\nDas bringst du idealerweise mit\nKein Muss, aber je mehr davon, desto besser:\nKubernetes oder OpenShift, Helm\nMLOps-Werkzeuge (MLflow, Kubeflow, Model Serving) und klassisches ML im Produktivbetrieb\nVektordatenbanken, Embedding-Modelle, Reranker\nAzure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock oder Vertex AI\nEU AI Act, ISO 27001, Barrierefreiheit\nErfahrung bei Bahn, Behörden oder Sozialversicherung\nPrometheus und Grafana, ArgoCD, SAFe\nBenefits\nEchte Produktivprojekte.
