And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nAs an Automation Intern, you will join a 6-month paid internship program designed for students of technical faculties who want to start their career in industrial automation. You will gain hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation technologies while developing both technical and soft skills in a real business environment. The program focuses on developing skills in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) programming, drives and servo drives, and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems. Additionally, it covers essential soft skills.\nYou will work as part of the Automation Internship cohort and collaborate with multiple teams across the organization while working onsite in Katowice, Poland.\nYou will report to the EMEA Competency Supervisor.\nWe plan to launch the winter edition of the Automation Internship program on January 4, 2027.\nYour Responsibilities:\nParticipate in structured training focused on Rockwell Automation hardware and software solutions,\nPerform hands-on exercises and laboratory trainings based on prepared technical materials,\nSupport internal projects and contribute to practical automation-related tasks,\nCollaborate with different teams across the organization to understand how they operate and interact.\nThe Essentials - You Will Have:\n Active student status in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field,\nBasic knowledge of automation systems, including PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, sensors and industrial networks,\nAt least basic skills in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) programming,\nKnowledge of technical drawings and wiring diagrams,\nProficiency in English, both written and spoken,\nLegal work and stay permits in Poland,\nAvailability to work 20-32 hours per week, Monday to Friday,\nWillingness to work in a two-shift system (morning and afternoon).\nThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:\nKnowledge of an additional foreign language,\nBackground in electronics or electrical engineering,\nFamiliarity with creating wiring diagrams,\nTypically requires no previous related experience.\nWhat We Offer:\n Lunch Card - Monthly meal vouchers through the Edenred card.\nAt Rockwell Automation we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
