And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nAs BI Analyst you will be responsible for end-to-end Power BI solution development, including data modelling, report design, performance optimization, and governance. You should have expertise in ETL, Power BI, data analytics, and SQL-based data sources, with the ability to translate business requirements into applicable insights and compelling data-driven stories.\nWe are looking for a data-first mindset and strong analytical skills. Additionally, we are looking for hands-on experience in building scalable BI solutions, using Power BI, Power Query, and enterprise data platforms (Azure SQL/SharePoint/Dataverse/Databricks). Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.\nYou will focus on designing, developing, and supporting Power BI dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions to ensure data-driven decision-making across global partners.\nYou will report directly to LCS Business Intelligence Team Leader and work in a hybrid schedule with office in Katowice or Gdańsk.\nYour Responsibilities:\nGather and translate business requirements into scalable and impactful BI solutions.\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models for enterprise use.\nApply best practices in dimensional modeling (star schema) & semantic model design.\nBuild and optimize data models using Power Query, DAX, and relational data principles.\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and validation across all reports and datasets.\nOptimize dataset performance (model size, refresh efficiency, query performance).\nAlign reporting outputs with standardized KPI definitions and business frameworks.\nDevelop and maintain reusable datasets and governed data models.\nIdentify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with data owners.\nThe Essentials - You will have:\nBachelor's degree in relevant field\n5+ years of experience in Power BI enterprise environments\nThe Preferred - You might also have\nExpertise in PBI desktop, PBI Service, PBI Report Server and Power Query\nExperience using DAX (write, tune and optimize) queries, calculated measures and tables.\nExperience building star and snowflake schema architectures, tabular models, and semantic data layers\nAdvanced SQL querying, stored procedures, and performance optimization on relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL, Databricks)\nExperience connecting to diverse data sources, ETL and designing automated incremental data refreshes\nRow-Level Security (RLS) implementation, workspace management, app publishing, deployment pipelines and licensing structures.\nMicrosoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)\nExperience supporting services, manufacturing, industrial automation, engineering, or technology organizations.\nFamiliarity with ERP, CRM, service management, and financial systems.\nExperience with AI, advanced analytics, or automation platforms.\nKnowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and product-based delivery models.\nWhat We Offer:\nMedical Plan - Includes coverage for partners and children.
