And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nYou will responsible for leading the controllership and accounting activities for Rockwell Automation entities within the country.\nYou will play an important part in maintaining an internal control environment and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting processes.\nYou will oversee all local financial accounting operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, U.S. GAAP, SOX requirements, and applicable local statutory and regulatory requirements. You will provide financial stewardship, supports strategic business decisions, drives operational excellence and continuous improvement, and promotes effective risk management and governance.\nYou will lead and develop the accounting team, oversee month-end and year-end close activities, manage financial reporting and statutory compliance, and serve as a key liaison between local finance, business leadership, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and high-quality financial outcomes.\nYou will be reporting to the Controlling & Accounting Group Manager.\nYour Responsibilities:\nYou will lead the accounting team to achieve performance objectives across General Accounting processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial controls.\nYou will oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in SAP and FCC, while maintaining strong balance sheet governance through rigorous review of reserves, accruals, intercompany balances, and key reconciliations.\nYou will support the quarterly representation letter process by providing assurance over the accuracy and completeness of financial information through detailed balance sheet reviews and reconciliations.\nYou will conduct periodic reviews of account reconciliations and financial processes to identify risks, control deficiencies, and policy compliance gaps, and drive remediation actions.\nYou will ensure accurate preparation of statutory financial statements and local regulatory filings in compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and corporate policies.\nYou will lead finance transformation initiatives, leveraging automation, digital technologies, data analytics, and emerging AI capabilities to enhance operational efficiency, control effectiveness.\nYou will partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams, including FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Shared Services, to provide accounting guidance and support business objectives while ensuring compliance. Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and availability of supporting documentation and audit deliverables.\nYou will oversee SOX compliance and the effectiveness of internal controls, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial, operational, and compliance risks.
