And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nWe are looking for an experienced Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Business Analyst. You will support the customer/our needs, translate them to clear requirements, and conduct requirements gathering discussions. Additionally, they will provide continuous improvement of Rockwell Automation's CIAM capabilities.\nThe Business Analyst will be a bridge between partners, product management, security, architecture, engineering, digital experience, and technology teams. You will translate business and customer needs into clear functional requirements and user stories while helping ensure that CIAM platform continues to deliver a secure, seamless, and customer experience.\nYou have understanding of authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, federation, customer experience.\nMain Responsibilities:\n· Partner with business, product, digital experience, security, and technology partners to understand customer and our needs.\n· Independently gather, analyze, document, and prioritize CIAM requirements.\n· Will translate our requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.\n· Identify functional and non-functional requirements, including security, privacy, performance, availability, and usability requirements.\n· Facilitate requirements workshops, partner discussions, information gathering sessions with partners and business leaders\n· Identify gaps between current CIAM capabilities and future requirements.\n· Experience with the following CIAM capabilities and terminologies, including:\nCustomer registration and onboarding\nAuthentication and authorization\nSingle Sign-On (SSO)\nFederation and social identity\nPasswordless and Master of Fine Arts\nIdentity proofing and verification\nCustomer profile and identity management\nConsent and preference management\nAccount recovery\nRisk-based authentication\nCustomer identity lifecycle management\nCustomer self-service\nIdentity analytics\n· Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to simplify identity-related experiences.\n· Work with Product Managers, Product Owners and Scrum Master to maintain and prioritize the CIAM backlog.\n· Create well-defined epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n· Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives.\n· Support prioritization based on value, customer impact, risk, regulatory requirements, and technical dependencies.\n· Validate delivered functionality against defined requirements.\n· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios and business validation.\n· Analyze customer journeys involving registration, login, authentication, profile management, account recovery, and authorization.\n· Partner with UX and digital experience teams to improve CIAM journeys.\n· Ensure identity requirements support experience across web, mobile, applications, APIs, and digital channels.\n· Provide clear status, issues and dependency information to CIAM leadership.\nThe Essentials - You Will Have:\nBachelor's degree\nExcellent English proficiency and fluency to communicate with people at all levels.\nThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:\n5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.\nExperience developing our requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile/product management tools. \nKnowledge with customer journey mapping and UX requirements.\nKnowledge supporting large enterprise transformation programs.\nKnowledge of privacy, identity, and security requirements.\nExposure to AI/ML applications within cybersecurity or digital identity\nProficient in Microsoft Copilot and AI assisted productivity tools.\nWhat We Offer:\nOur benefits package includes …\nComprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to Calm.\nVolunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employees.\nWe match your volunteer hours or personal cash donations to an eligible charity with a charitable donation through its volunteer and donation matching program.\nEmployee Assistance Program.\nPersonalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack program\nOn-demand digital course library for professional development... and other local benefits!\nRockwell Automation's hybrid policy expects employees to work at a Rockwell location at least on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.\nWe believe that employee diversity is an important element of our common future.
