And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nAs an Engineer, Remote Support you will provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging systems. You will be expected to respond to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.\nIn this role, based either in Netherlands or Germany, you will report into a Team Leader, and you will support our Dutch speaking portfolio of customers.
