And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nWe are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Workplace Services Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our Bogotá office and ensure a safe, efficient, and productive workplace environment. You will be the primary contact for facility-related services, vendor management, office maintenance, security coordination, and employee workplace support.\nYou will collaborate with other teams, building management, and external service providers to maintain high operational standards while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.\nMain Responsibilities:\nCoordinate daily workplace operations, ensuring facilities, services, and office systems function.\nLead operational staff and third-party service providers, including cleaning, maintenance, courier, and security personnel.\nManage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility maintenance, CCTV systems, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning equipment, UPS systems, painting, vehicle fleet, and other workplace services.\nBe the primary contact for internal workplace and facilities service requests, ensuring resolution.\nCoordinate preventive maintenance activities and mitigation plans to ensure workplace safety and operational continuity.\nPartner with building management to align facility operations, security procedures, and workplace standards.\nMaintain workplace documentation and ensure records are current and available, those required for Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance.\nSupport internal and external audits, including documentation related to workplace operations, safety, transportation, and compliance programs.\nMonitor and report safety concerns or security incidents to EHS and appropriate company partners.\nCoordinate office moves, furniture installations, workspace adjustments, and general facility improvements.\nSupport mail distribution, recycling projects, inventory management, office supplies replenishment, and common area administration.\nHelp with minor maintenance activities, facility inspections, and coordination of external contractors.\nSafeguard confidential company information while following corporate compliance standards.\nThe Essentials - You Will Have:\nTechnical degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Operations, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields.\nExcellent English proficiency and fluency to communicate with people at all levels.\nThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:\nExperience supporting EHS compliance programs.\n3+ years of experience in facilities coordination, workplace services, office administration, or building operations.\nExperience managing multiple vendors and service providers.\nKnowledge of workplace safety, security, and facilities maintenance practices.\nExcellent customer service and partner management abilities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and document management systems.\nExposure to audit preparation and compliance documentation.\nExperience coordinating maintenance activities, fleet services, or building operations.\nKnowledge of HVAC, CCTV, UPS, workplace security, or facility management systems.\nWhat We Offer\nOur benefits package includes…\nComprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to Calm.\nVolunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employees.\nCompany volunteer and donation matching program - We match your volunteer hours or personal cash donations to an eligible charity with a charitable donation.\nEmployee Assistance Program.\nPersonalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack program\nOn-demand digital course library for professional development... and other local benefits!\nRockwell Automation's hybrid policy expects employees to work at a Rockwell location at least on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.\nWe believe that employee diversity is an important element of our common future.
