And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nAs a Global Program Manager, you manage customer programs to drive the adoption of Rockwell Automation's products and services within Global Industry Accounts. You will understand and manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders to achieve success of the projects and strategic initiatives that comprise the customer program and to strengthen Rockwell's partnership with the customer and the supply chain ecosystem.. You will report to the Manager, Global Program Management Office and may work in a remote environment.\nYou will excel in project and program management, understand applications and market trends in at least one global industry (such as (Data Center, Automotive, Tire, Warehouse, Life Sciences, CPG, Oil & Gas, Mining), and be knowledgeable about Rockwell Automation products used in that sector.\nYour Responsibilities:\nManage the program from Engagement, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling to Closing\nEngage stakeholders and synthesize technical and commercial goals\nAssess risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful program outcomes\nApply globally accepted Program Management processes\nLead remote and diverse global teams\nManage indirect global and geographic resources on program related activities with defined project objectives including OEM coordination\nCoordinate program related activities of global and regional domain experts and technical project goals\nManage POV (Package of Value) financial activities\nFacilitate and document meetings both internally with the Global Account (GA) and Strategic Account (SA) sales teams\nWork with the EA and SA teams to develop opportunity pursuit plans\nLeverage data-driven insights and industry best practices to support decision making and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team\nUnderstand machine design, machine control and be able to coordinate control architecture from component level of products to architecture level of products.\nThe Essentials - You Will Have:\nBachelor's Degree in Relevant Field\nLegal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future, for this job opening.\nThe ability to travel 30% of the time to customers ((delete this bullet point if travel is not required for this role))\nThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:\n8+ years of Project or Program Management experience.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).\nStrong customer-facing skills at various levels of customer organization\nExperience working within a complex organizational framework, ensuring alignment of project deliverables with both client expectations and internal standards\nUnderstanding of Rockwell's organizational structure from distribution and sales to product & services businesses, as well as common processes like cost estimation, proposal development, and project delivery\nBasic knowledge of Rockwell Automation core products\nExperience in integrating emerging technologies and adapting to evolving customer needs\nCommercial experience and knowledge working directly with End User, OEM, and Channel Customers\nWhat We Offer:\nHealth Insurance including Medical, Dental and Vision\n401k\nPaid Time off\nParental and Caregiver Leave\nFlexible Work Schedule where you will work with your manager to set a schedule flexible with your personal life.\nTo learn more about our benefits package, please visit at www. raquickfind.com.\nAt Rockwell Automation we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
