And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nAs an Industry Account Manager, you will take ownership of a named account package within a territory and drive customer growth across a diverse portfolio of industry customers. This is an opportunity to shape market direction, build new pathways to revenue, and expand Rockwell Automation's presence in a critical, rapidly evolving industry.\nYou will report to the Sales Manager, Industry and work in a remote capacity from Texas.\nYour Responsibilities:\nLead with insight: Bring a deep understanding of the industry including regulatory drivers, funding dynamics, and the broader ecosystem of influencers and decision-makers.\nBuild and expand relationships: Develop trusted partnerships across distributors, engineering firms, system integrators, and key industry stakeholders.\nDrive growth: Identify, create, and close complex opportunities that deliver measurable business impact for both customers and Rockwell Automation.\nNavigate complexity: Influence multi-stakeholder buying processes and position differentiated, end-to-end solutions.\nChampion innovation: Help customers adopt digital transformation, automation, and data-driven strategies to modernize operations and infrastructure.\nThe Essentials - You Will Have:\nBachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.\nLegal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.\nA valid drivers license.\nThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:\nBachelor's Degree in a Technology Field.
