And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nAs a Project Administration Intern, you will support service projects throughout their lifecycle, from order entry to project closure. You will assist with project documentation, contract reviews, invoicing support, compliance activities, and operational reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Latin America and worldwide.\nYou will have the opportunity to contribute to projects for some of the most recognized industrial companies in the region, including customers in the mining, oil & gas, food & beverage, chemicals, and manufacturing sectors. This role is an excellent entry point for individuals interested in building a career in operations, project management, contract administration, finance, or business support functions.\nYour Responsibilities:\nSupport the administration of service projects, from order entry to project closure.\nAssist with project documentation, contract reviews, invoicing support, and compliance activities.\nMonitor project milestones, costs, backlog, and key operational metrics.\nSupport intercompany transactions and coordination with global Centers of Excellence (COEs).\nPartner with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Finance, Procurement, Billing, and Engineering teams.\nParticipate in process improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and automation.\nHelp maintain project records, audit documentation, and reporting accuracy.\nThe Essentials - You Will Have:\nStudents pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, International Business, or related fields.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Excel required.\nThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:\nIntermediate English/Spanish is desirable.\nStrong organizational and analytical skills.\nProactive mindset with attention to detail.\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\nSupervisor: LCS Operations Manager\nWork Model - Hibrido\nWe believe that employee diversity is a key element of our common future.
