And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nAs Junior Sales Support Representative you will improve the efficiency of the Sales Teams through delivering support functions and activities.\nYou will cover countries in the Rockwell Automation EMEA North sub-region, including PLN, DACH, CEE, UK/IRE, and Nordics, with a primary focus on Switzerland. It focusses on providing pricing and quotation support to the Sales teams, including liaison with customer and Rockwell Automation teams where required, for standard products, including software.\nYou will report to the EMEA Sales Support Team Leader - North.\nYou will work in Poland, Katowice (ul. Francuska 46).\nYour Responsibilities:\nFunctional\nProvide CRM data quality support and maintenance to the Sales team.\nProvide first level support to the Sales team with internal Rockwell Automation processes and tools.\nAssist the Sales team with customer queries, including signposting to the correct department.\nBusiness\nHelp reduce the administrative burden on Sales team.\nHelp provide a great experience for customers.\nGood experience and understanding of Rockwell products, processes and tools.\nKeep skills and knowledge in all areas (organizational, technical, and commercial) up to date.\nTakes initiative in response to changing circumstances within the organization or markets.\nInterpersonal\nProvide continuing liaison with sales forces, internal departments within matrix structure, customers, and distribution channels.\nProvide information to support effective management of the business.\nExperience interpreting and responding to customer requests to foster an open environment.\nDemonstrate behavior following Rockwell Automation values.\nAct with highest integrity in all areas.\nIndependent working behavior.\nFlexibility.\nThe Essentials - You Will Have:\nFluent Polish language skills (write, read and speak) - minimum C1 level.\nFluent German language (write, read and speak) - minimum C1 level.\nExcellent English language (write, read and speak) - minimum B2 level.\nCompleted high school.\nCapability to work remotely and on the telephone.\nPC knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nDaily use of CRM packages.\nAI literacy.\nAdopt and embrace new technologies.\nThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:\nPrior experience in customer support with a technology-based organization.\nTypically requires a minimum of 1 years of related experience.\nExcellent Italian language (write, read and speak) - minimum B2 level.\nExcellent French language (write, read and speak) - minimum B2 level.\nContribute professional and technical expertise.\nAdd value for customers and partners and team members.\nDemonstrate business and financial knowledge.\nDrive productivity.\nWe look forward to you submitting your application in English.\nThis position is part of a job family.
