And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nThe primary responsibility of the Leader Project Engineer is the accountability of the technical success of the project, his responsibility includes technical scope, gather a team of technical resources (people, materials and services), define and meet Delivery time, quality (IPD), and technical Risk review, as such he should architect a solution for customer and lead a technical team to accomplish all project deliveries and resolved any technical issue, he should work side by side with Project Manager to get the project to successful completion.\nYou will report to the Regional Business Manager Lifecycle Services, Andean Region.\nMain Responsibilities:\n>Engineering Leadership\nDefine and validate control system architectures.\nEstablish and confirm programming standards and typologies.\nDesign Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).\nDesign Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).\nEstimate labor hours and determine required materials to support proposal development.\nScale and structure solutions to address technical issues within projects.\n>Project Execution\nCoordinate technical tasks performed by project personnel.\nOversee equipment procurement processes.\nCoordinate and support project start-up activities.\nConduct site visits to collect information on control systems.\nManage the work of the project engineering team and third-party contractors\nThe Essentials - You Will Have\nBachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, System Engineering or technology related.\nEnglish in a good communicative level, both spoken and written; Portuguese or Spanish will be a plus (depending on native country).\nThe Preferred - You Might Also Have\nTypically, 5 years of related experience.\nPrior experience in industrial automation\nExperience in Oil & Gas industry (Desirable, not limitative)\nTechnical knowledge of Automation / Control / Network\nProgramming Experience with Rockwell Automation Products.\nAbility to communicate effectively.\nExcellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) to various levels of customer organization.\nUnderstand Change Management principles.\nHands-on facilitation of large end-to-end value streams.\nCapability of Managing Multiple Priorities.\nOrganizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional projects.\nAbility to work with cross functional teams and multicultural teams.\nComply with Global policies, standards, procedures, and protocols.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office tools and similar\nTravel up to 70% of the time, which can include both domestic and international trips.\nWhat We Offer\nOur benefits package includes …\nComprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to Calm.\nVolunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employees.\nCompany volunteer and donation matching program - The company matches your volunteer hours or personal cash donations to an eligible charity with a charitable donation.\nEmployee Assistance Program.\nPersonalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack program\nOn-demand digital course library for professional development... and other local benefits!\nWe believe that employee diversity is an important element of our common future.
