And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nLocation : Chennai, India\nReports to: Program Manager\nPreferred degree: BE/Btech only(Electronis, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Mechatronics, telecommunication)\nThe EDGE program's Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program (LDP) track accelerates the professional growth of future people leaders. You will have the chance to gain cross-functional experiences to enhance your professional growth while learning about the core of our Integrated Supply Chain organization through four different six-month rotations and one year-long capstone rotation.\nYou will report to the Early Career Program Manager and work onsite in Chennai, India. This program has a January 2027 start date. Due to the nature of manufacturing work, you will work in-person; fully remote work is not available.\nUpon graduation, the associate is promoted into a longer-term role that matches the associate's professional interests. Successful associates will graduate into an individual contributor, technically focused, or supervisor role depending on their performance throughout the program.\nProgram Scope & Additional Details\nDuring your three years, you will have ongoing development conversations with the program manager to help determine the right role for your next rotation. Rotations are targeted development roles which are focused in various functional areas, including:\nThree, six-month rotations in the following core areas: planning and materials; quality and manufacturing engineering; and operations engineering.\nOne, six-month rotation in one of the following business elective areas: strategic sourcing or logistics.\nOne, twelve-month capstone requirement in plant supervision.\nAlong with the twelve-month capstone, you will be required to complete three of your five rotations in the core category and one of your five rotations in the business elective category. Throughout the three-year program, associates will:\nDevelop skills in AI-enabled process improvement, data analysis, project management and people leadership.\nParticipate in individualized training and mentoring in a continuous learning environment.\nReceive challenging levels of responsibility, accountability, and visibility within the organization.\nThe Essentials - You Will Have:\nBachelor's degree from an accredited university completed before January 2027 or expected to be completed before January 2027.\nBusiness Proficiency in English (reading, writing and spoken)\nLegal authorization to work in India is required.
