And if that's you we would love to have you join us!\nReporting to Continuous Improvement Leader, you will ensure Rockwell Operational Excellence (ROX) initiative through analysis and strategy planning.\nDevelop the culture of continuous improvement among all organization.\nMain Responsibilities\nReach productivity goals through projects development and management focused on actual priorities.\nProvide strategy for the site and promote creation and tracking indicators.\nLead on continuous improvement, Connected Enterprise and FTPC.\nManage the Ideas System and deploy communications for spreading the culture.\nSupport Leader and individuals for HPTs.
