And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nAs a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the smooth operation of machinery, equipment, and electrical systems to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency. You will work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain equipment performance. We will give priority to candidates with experience in panel building and panel wiring.\nYou will report to the MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING MANAGER and work onsite in Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu, India.\nYour Responsibilities:\nConduct regular maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical systems in compliance with company standards.\nTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control issues.\nPerform preventative maintenance tasks to prevent machine failures and ensure equipment longevity.\nOversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.\nSupport the design, assembly, and wiring of control panels, ensuring they meet industry standards.\nModify and upgrade electrical panels and wiring when necessary.\nMaintain accurate maintenance logs, including service records and work orders.\nCollaborate with other departments to plan and implement maintenance schedules and improvements.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities.\nProvide technical support and training to junior maintenance staff.\nPerform any other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.\nThe Essentials - You Will Have:\nDiploma Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).\n5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing or similar environment.\nExpertise in troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems, machinery, and controls.\nKnowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and other automation systems.\nProficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.\nFamiliarity with safety standards, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and maintenance best practices.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills and resolve issues efficiently.\nThe Preferred -
