And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nAs a Material Handler/Warehouse Associate, you will support the movement and accuracy of materials throughout the facility by managing receiving, inventory, storage, distribution, and shipping activities. You will help ensure manufacturing operations have the materials needed by performing cycle counts, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing kits, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments. You will work as part of the Materials and Logistics team in an air conditioned, warehouse/manufacturing environment.\nYour Responsibilities:\nPerform cycle counting, inventory control, and inventory record maintenance to ensure material accuracy.\nVerify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices; document discrepancies and reject unsatisfactory items.\nPrepare, package, document, and process outgoing shipments, including maintaining shipping records and posting shipping weights and charges.\nStock, store, and distribute materials, parts, supplies, and equipment to inventory locations and manufacturing lines.\nPrepare kitting packages for assembly and operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, as required.\nThe Essentials - You Will Have:\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.\nLegal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.\nThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:\nRelevant experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling.\nExperience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.\n1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment.\nExperience performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.\nExperience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory tracking tools.\nAbility to lift and move heavy materials.\nOperate and/or obtain certification to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts.\nForklift certification and experience operating powered industrial trucks.\nWhat We Offer:\nHealth Insurance including Medical, Dental and Vision\n401k\nPaid Time off\nParental and Caregiver Leave\nFlexible Work Schedule where you will work with your manager to enjoy a work schedule that can be flexible with your personal life.\nTo learn more about our benefits package, please visit at www. raquickfind.com.\nAt Rockwell Automation we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
