And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nRole Summary\nThe Power Platform & Copilot Developer leads the design, delivery, and scaling of enterprise AI agents, chatbots, and low-code solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, Agent OS, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search to support LCS strategic business use cases.\nThis role serves as a technical and functional lead, providing architectural guidance, governance oversight, and mentorship while ensuring measurable business outcomes from AI investments.\nThe role partners closely with business leaders, AI governance teams, and platform stakeholders to establish a scalable, governed low-code and agentic AI operating model, build Copilot Studio SME capability, and drive adoption across LCS.\nWe are hiring for Pune and Noida locations.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI & Copilot Technical Leadership\nLead the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of Copilot Studio solutions, AI agents, and chatbots.\nDefine conversational and agentic AI patterns, standards, and reusable frameworks for enterprise adoption.\nLeverage Agent OS and Azure AI Foundry for agent orchestration and advanced AI use cases.\nDesign enterprise knowledge and RAG solutions using Azure AI Search where applicable.\nReview solution designs to ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.\nDrive continuous improvement of AI agents based on usage analytics, feedback, and business outcomes.\nPower Platform Solution Architecture\nLead development of complex Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio solutions.\nEstablish best practices for low-code/pro-code extensibility, integrations, APIs, and AI services.\nEnable integration across Power Platform, Agent OS, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and enterprise systems.\nEnsure alignment with enterprise application architecture and data strategies.\nGovernance, Security & Compliance\nOwn and enforce governance standards for Copilot, Power Platform, and enterprise AI solutions.\nPartner with security and compliance teams to ensure Responsible AI, data protection, and audit readiness.\nGuide environment strategy, DLP policies, access controls, and solution lifecycle management.\nCapability Building & Team Enablement\nAct as a Copilot Studio SME and mentor, cross-training Power Platform developers into AI solution builders.\nBuild team capability across Copilot Studio, Agent OS, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and RAG.\nSupport hiring, onboarding, and enablement of incremental Copilot development capacity.\nContribute to a Center of Excellence / RCC delivery model, defining intake, prioritization, KPIs, and capacity planning.\nStakeholder & Program Leadership\nPartner with business owners and AI leadership to identify, prioritize, and roadmap high-value AI use cases.\nProvide executive-level updates on progress, risks, ROI, and adoption metrics.\nRepresent the Copilot and low-code AI capability in enterprise forums such as AI2.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nAdvanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).\nStrong experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.\nExperience with AI agents, agentic workflows, and enterprise AI integration patterns.\nWorking knowledge of Agent OS and Azure AI Foundry.\nUnderstanding of Azure AI Search, RAG, and enterprise knowledge grounding.\nProven experience leading enterprise-scale low-code or AI initiatives.\nStrong understanding of conversational AI design, UX, and performance optimization.\nExperience with governance, security, Responsible AI, and compliance in enterprise environments.\nStrong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft certifications in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI.\nHands-on exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, and RAG architectures.\nExperience with agent orchestration and multi-agent architectures.\nExperience operating within a Center of Excellence (CoE) or shared services model.\nExperience defining and tracking KPIs, ROI, and adoption metrics for AI solutions.\nFamiliarity with change management and enterprise adoption strategies.\nSuccess Measures\nSuccessful delivery of high-impact AI agent and chatbot use cases.\nAdoption and reuse of standardized Copilot and agentic AI solutions across teams.\nEstablishment and growth of Copilot Studio and AI SME capability.\nCompliance with enterprise governance and Responsible AI standards.\nDemonstrated ROI and measurable business value from AI initiatives.\nThe Preferred -
