Job Description
Produktionschefen er ansvarlig for at etablere og udvikle CUBICs nye produktionssite i tæt samarbejde Plant Manager) og organisationen. Rollen omfatter ansvar for den daglige drift samt opbygning af det team, de processer og den struktur, der er nødvendige for at sikre en sikker, effektiv og konkurrencedygtig produktion.
En central del af rollen er at rekruttere og udvikle et nyt produktionsteam samt skabe en stærk præstations- og produktionskultur helt fra bunden.

Dine ansvarsområder
- Opbygning og etablering af CUBICs nye produktionslokation
- Rekruttering, ledelse og udvikling af produktionsorganisationen
- Sikring af et sikkert arbejdsmiljø og overholdelse af gældende standarder
- Planlægning af kapacitet, ressourcer, prioriteringer og leverancer
- Sikring af stabile og effektive produktionsflows
- Optimering af processer og arbejdsgange med afsæt i LEAN-principper
- Skabe struktur, fremdrift og resultater gennem synlig ledelse
- Samarbejde på tværs af organisationen for at sikre høj kvalitet og leveringssikkerhed
Krav og kvalifikationer:
- Har erfaring med ledelse i en produktionsvirksomhed
- Har solid teknisk og mekanisk forståelse
- Arbejder struktureret og målrettet
- Har erfaring med LEAN og kontinuerlige forbedringer
- Er fortrolig med produktionsplanlægning og kapacitetsstyring
- Gerne har erfaring med ERP-systemer, eksempelvis Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Stærke kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner.
- Erfaren bruger af Microsoft Office 365.

The Production Manager establishes and develops CUBIC's new production site in close collaboration with the Plant Manager and us. You will be responsible for daily operations and building the team, processes, and structure required to ensure safe, efficient, and production.
An important part of you will be to recruit and develop a new production team and establish a performance and production culture from the ground up.
On this role you will report to: Plant Manager
Your Responsibilities:
- Establish and ramp up the new production site.
- Recruit, develop the production team.
- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with relevant standards.
- Manage capacity, resources, priorities, and production planning.
- Ensure stable production flow, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Improve LEAN, continuous improvement, and productivity projects.
- Establish efficient processes, standards, and working methods.
- Collaborate across us to ensure operational performance.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- 3+ years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical and mechanical understanding.
- Visible and hands-on approach.
- Experience with LEAN and continuous improvement. 3+ years of experience with production planning and capacity management.
- ERP experience Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Office 365
