And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project deliverables and serving as the point of contact between customers, subcontractors and internal departments. Your goal is to manage the efforts of team members and vendors to ensure our projects are delivered on time and ensuring our customers' needs are met at go live and throughout the operational use of our solutions.\nYou will report to the Regional Business Manager Lifecycle Services, Andean Region.\nMain Responsibilities:\nIdentifying project scope, assign individual responsibilities, identify resources needed, and develop a schedule to ensure completion of project and delivery.\nLead, organize, manage and motivate the project team and develop relationships with all partners.\nBe the primary contact with Customer project and operations management; build close cooperative relationships with Customers, focused on long-term partnerships.\nManage subcontractors and vendors to ensure on time delivery in line with agreed scope of work within agreed budget.\nEnsure management of the operational steady state phase of our solutions at our Customer to ensure our customers goals and service levels are achieved, including management of operational escalations.\nDevelop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status report.\nConduct project meetings and take responsibility for project tracking and analysis.\nResponsible for and manage cost, cashflow, schedule, scope and risk management. Responsible for overall profit of project as well as customer satisfaction.\nAct as the point person for changes, updates, questions, and issues. Identify and pursue opportunities.\nThe Essentials - You Will Have\nBachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, System Engineering or technology related.\nEnglish in a good communicative level, both spoken and written\nThe Preferred - You Might Also Have\nMinimum 5 years of related experience.\nProject management experience in a dynamic environment with technical team members, demonstrating increasing levels of project value and complexity in automated material handling industry.\nExperience managing complex groups of partners, including large customer organizations as well as subcontractors and vendors.\nLeadership capability to create and manage a unified and motivated project team.\nProficiency with Microsoft Project and other project management tools.\nExperience in managing operations and maintenance of mission-critical manufacturing or material handling environments with mechanical, electrical, software and IT components.\nPMP certification/accreditation.\nLegal authorization to work in the country.
