And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nPosition Summary:\nReporting to the NEMA PMO Manager, you will be responsible for projects within the IPP Business for Motor Control Center Hardware Engineering Design, Third-party Purchased Items and Coordination of Post Shipment Engineering Services.\nLead the engineering resources responsible for design and implementation of complex projects.\nEstablish and manage project schedules including forecasting\nConduct regular project status meetings.\nManage scope of supply and process all required change orders\nMaintain order margins.\nMonitor all designs to applicable codes, customer specifications and design practices.\nCreate an environment conducive to successful team interaction.\nFrequently consult on projects led by others helping with high-level design issues\nYour Responsibilities:\nManage project and business metrics\nInitiate, Plan, Implement, Control and Close all projects\nProject Management tasks include kickoff meeting, budget, schedule, risks, communication, and customer satisfaction.\nProject Management business metrics include on-time performance of all project milestones, minimize cycle time between milestones, change order revenue, project margin, shipment forecast, quality metrics, warranty costs and customer experience\nLead the technical team responsible for the design, implementation and test phases of complex systems projects.\nAdditionally, interface to other Rockwell Automation divisions. These divisions include sales, vendors, consultants, and contractors. They also include OEM's, subcontractors, and subsystem suppliers. Furthermore, internal business resources, management, finance, commercial engineering, quality, operations scheduling team, and plant personnel are part of these divisions.\nResponsible for reporting/controlling of total project costs. Ensure that project costs match scope of work and reflect all change orders to meet customer requirements.
