And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nPosition Summary:\nAs a Project Manager, you will work with Engineering, Product Managers, Program Managers and Business Managers to bring our product roadmaps to life. Your responsibilities span the product development life cycle from project initiation, through development and test, to product release.\nIn this position, you will manage new products comprised of electronic hardware and embedded software. You will construct a plan and coordinate delivery across engineering teams in an Agile development environment. You will work closely with our manufacturing and sourcing teams to ensure the plant is ready to build the product at release. Facilitating decisions across disciplines and addressing issues early are important to your success in this role.\nProject teams may consist of resources in global facilities. Working with an international team may be required on some projects. Some travel, including both domestic and international, may be required to meet with team members and facilitate project progress.\nYou will be supported with mentorship and coaching. After success in this role, you will have the opportunity to grow into roles with increased scope and responsibility.\nYou will report to a manager in the Project Management Office and work from Mayfield Heights, OH or Milwaukee, WI.\nYour Responsibilities:\nPartner with multi-discipline teams to create and manage project delivery plans, finances, and resource plans.\nLook beyond the current project state to identify dependencies, anticipate obstacles and risks, and proactively put mitigation and contingency plans in place.\nBring your team together to drive decisions, resolve complex project issues and risks, and manage change.\nConcisely communicate progress, decisions, issues, risks, and mitigation plans to your team and senior leadership.\nEnsure project alignment across other initiatives to avoid duplication or misaligned opportunities.\nProvide input to product roadmaps and strategies to optimize new product and feature delivery.\nNote: You will not have direct reports in this role.\nThe Essentials - You Will Have:\nBachelor's Degree.\nLegal authorization to work in the US is required.
