You will report to the production supervisor and work full time onsite in Cambridge, Ontario.\nYour Responsibilities:\nAssemble and wire products across multiple products using mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of material, and work instructions.\nTroubleshoot assembly and wiring issues, identify causes, and recommend design or process improvements.\nRecord work order activities, task completion, and quality-related data in FactoryTalk ProductionCentre (FTPC).\nMaintain high standards of quality by following documented procedures, work instructions, and established manufacturing processes.\nDemonstrate a commitment to safety by following all environmental, health, and safety policies, participating in Behavioural-based Safety programmes, maintaining 5S workplace standards, and reporting potential hazards.\nSupport operations by adapting to multiple roles, assisting team members, and providing training and guidance to other employees.\nParticipate in continuous improvement programmes, including Lean/Six Sigma activities, process improvement projects, and efforts to enhance safety, quality, and productivity while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.\nSKILLS:\nMechanical aptitude\nReading and understanding written instructions, i.e., CSPs and DWIs\nUse a computer to view, log, and find appropriate job-related information, i.e., SAP, FTPC\nWork In a team environment\nUse manual tools and, power tools and machinery\nDemonstrate proficiency of assigned responsibilities required to achieve customer satisfaction, including SAP, Factory Talk and Kronos.\nDemonstrated skill and proficiency (productivity, quality and safety) in all areas of MVB.\nThe Essentials - You Will Have:\nA minimum of High School Diploma/GED\nThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:\nTypically requires 2 years of previous related experience.\nAccept Role Requirements\nMust be able to lift 35lbs\nMeet the requirement of Safety, Attendance and Code of Conduct policies\nVisual and Hand Dexterity\nSit and Stand for long periods\nUse proper safety equipment and following all safety procedures.\nWhat We Offer:\nHealth Insurance including Medical and Dental\nHealth Care Spending Account (HCSA - dependent on the plan chosen)\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nRetirement plans\nPaid Time off\nVolunteering Time off\nEmployer Savings Plan Matching (includes RRSP, TFSA, and EPSP)\nEmployer Paid DC Pension\nMaternity and Parental Leave Top-Up\nFitness Reimbursement Programme\nThis posting is for a newly created position within our organisation.\nFor this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from 53,920.00 - 80,880.00 CAD Annual with an annual target bonus of 4% of base salary.
