And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nYour Responsibilities:\nUnderstanding of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems.\nKnowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (UL, CSA, TUV, as applicable).\nKnowledge of FAI, OQA, AQL, MSA, Process Capability, PFMEA and control plans.\nExperience in end-to-end process quality management, including MRB processes, nonconforming material control, incoming inspection, raw material verification, in-process quality assurance, final product inspection, and supplier quality management. Proven ability to ensure process stability, compliance with specifications, and continuous improvement.\nAbility to lead qualification of NPI, including validation plans & documentation.\n Problem resolution, capable of guiding teams through systematic problem-solving processes, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions with measurable impact.
