Job Description
Rockwell Automation is looking for a strategic and transformational Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, Americas to join our Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team. Reporting to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition, you will lead talent acquisition strategy and execution. This execution spans across North America and Latin America, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the talent needed to achieve our goals. This is an onsite/hybrid role from our Milwaukee, WI headquarters location.
You will oversee a team of Talent Acquisition professionals and team leads while serving as a trusted advisor to senior business and HR leaders. The successful candidate will bring a balance of strategy, data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and people leadership. This balance will improve recruiting capabilities and create the best hiring outcomes across the region.
As an important member of the global TA leadership team, you will help shape and implement our long-term talent acquisition vision. You will also promote innovation and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will build a high-performing team prepared to meet the evolving workforce needs of the future.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Talent Acquisition strategy and delivery across North America and Latin America, aligning regional hiring programs with business priorities and workforce plans.
- Be a strategic partner to business leaders and HR partners, providing market intelligence, workforce insights, and talent recommendations to support organizational growth.
- Develop and execute scalable recruiting strategies that strengthen talent pipelines, improve hiring outcomes, and ensure long-term success.
- Use recruiting analytics, labor market data, and important performance metrics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and influence talent decisions across the organization.
- Build operational rigor by using workforce and recruiting analytics to inform operations reviews, uncover performance insights, and drive proactive resource planning.
- Build and enhance talent acquisition capabilities that enable broader talent strategies, including succession planning, proactive talent pipelining, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Champion strategic partnership initiatives throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle to ensure equitable and inclusive hiring practices.
- Partner with global Talent Acquisition leaders, TA Operations, and executive recruiting to align on strategy, share best practices, and contribute to the execution of the multi-year Global Talent Acquisition roadmap.
- Strengthen recruiter capability through coaching, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruiting processes to improve quality of hire, time-to-fill, candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience leading talent acquisition teams in complex, multi-site, or multinational organizations.
- Expertise developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and workforce transformation.
- Experience using recruiting metrics, workforce analytics, and market intelligence to guide decision-making and influence partners.
- Experience coaching, developing, and leading recruiting teams.
- Experience with employment laws and recruitment practices across North America and Latin America.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience leading recruiting transformation initiatives, including technology adoption, process optimization, and change management.
- Experience with talent development, succession planning, and preparing future leaders.
- Experience operating as a member of a regional or global talent acquisition leadership team.
