And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!\nJob Description\nAs an important member of Agile development teams working on software, firmware, or hardware products, the Scrum Master has responsibility for coaching the team on Agility and accountability for the effectiveness of the team. Responsibilities include using Agile frameworks and practices to achieve team goals. Depending on team/organization, this may include Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Help team to understanding, teaching and coaching Agile and Lean principles. Create an environment for continued learning and continuous improvement. Help Agile teams identify, reduce or eliminate dependencies with other teams and communicate the status of these dependencies. Facilitate team events and help remove impediments. And if that's you we would love to have you join us!\nYour Responsibilities:\nYou will ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices.\nYou will support us by helping evolve the Agile approach.\nYou will participate in cross business community of practice to grow others and your knowledge.\nYou will collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Leaders to help support a healthy backlog.\nYou will foster collaboration among engineers across different teams.\nYou will communicate accomplishments, short-term goals, and hurdles with your team.\nYou will embrace someone mindset and foster team growth.\nYou will support, as Scrum Master, multiple teams.\nYou will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-Up, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective).\nYou will work with other Scrum Masters to exchange ideas and bring strategies.\nYou will be accountable for results from the development team required by the program.\nThe Essentials - You Will Have:\nBachelor's degree.\nB2 English level as bare minimum..\nThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:\n2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, Project Manager, or similar role leading software development projects.\nExperience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
