You'll contribute to all stages of hardware product development-from sub-circuit design and integration to functional analysis and regulatory compliance-while building key technical skills in a supportive environment. This role will be continually supported with mentorship and coaching.\nYour Responsibilities\nCollaborate with an agile team to design and develop new industrial automation products, including overall architecture and hardware verification.\nPerform programming, functional analysis, and hands-on troubleshooting of electronic hardware prototypes.\nPrepare product test plans, design documentation and test reports.\nLead technical initiatives such as researching new technologies, implementing new circuit design tools, and troubleshooting failures.\nWork with technical peers to implement test automation and design simulation solutions.\nBuild relationships across teams to deepen understanding of the product development lifecycle.\nMentor more junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices\nThe Essentials - You Will Have:\nBachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.\nLegal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.\nThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:\nTypically requires 5+ years relevant experience\nBachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer engineering.\nExperience using design capture tools, able to read & understand schematics.
