application releases and optimal user experience\nPerform hands-on mobile QA testing across manual, automated, and AI-assisted testing workflows\nWrite and communicate clear, concise test cases, test scenarios, and detailed defect reports for iOS and Android devices\nExecute, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts while identifying opportunities to improve regression efficiency and automation coverage\nUtilize AI-driven tools and intelligent testing solutions to support test design, defect analysis, and test execution activities\nContribute to automation script reviews and support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices\nCollaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and QA teams during test planning and execution to ensure proper test coverage and quality validation\nProvide testing estimates, communicate test progress, report quality metrics, and participate in project reviews to ensure deliverables meet Product Quality standards\nSupport team knowledge sharing and contribute to QA best practices, automation initiatives, and process improvements\nBecome a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the product domain and application workflows\nTranslate business and technical requirements into scalable manual and automated test cases/scripts\nPromote quality assurance best practices including automation-first testing, risk-based testing, and shift-left quality approaches\nPerform data analysis, data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis activities\nReport project/test execution metrics, automation coverage, defect trends, and release quality indicators\nSupport release readiness activities and contribute to overall product quality and deployment confidence\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field\n8+ years of experience supporting or testing enterprise-level software product releases\nStrong knowledge of software testing best practices, Agile methodologies, and QA processes\nExperience with mobile automation frameworks such as Appium, Selenium WebDriver, Test Lab, or other industry-leading automation solutions\nExperience with AI-assisted QA tools, intelligent test generation, or AI-enabled testing workflows is a plus\nExperience with functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing methodologies\nExperience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar technologies\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in on-shore and off-shore team environments\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities\nAbility to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced Agile environment\nStrong technical aptitude, organizational skills, and time management capabilities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nExpertise with C#/.NET ecosystem and/or Java/JVM ecosystem\nExperience with relational databases, SQL, and data validation techniques\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation integration, and cloud-based testing solutions\nExperience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, qTest Manager, Azure DevOps, and QA reporting tools\nExperience with Sauce Labs or other cloud-based device testing platforms\nFamiliarity with GitHub Copilot or AI-powered developer/testing tools is a plus\nPreferred Qualifications:\nWorking knowledge of C#/.NET or Java/JVM ecosystem\nExperience with Azure cloud technologies and Microsoft enterprise platforms\nExperience with ERP solutions or other manufacturing-focused solutions\nKnowledge of ASP (VBScript), ASP.NET (C#), MVC, or modern web application frameworks\nExperience with cloud-based automation and scalable test execution environments\nExperience supporting mobile automation frameworks using Appium, Sauce Labs, or Test
