Rozwiń swoje umiejętności z zakresu napraw, uruchamiania oraz testowania urządzeń elektroniki przemysłowej, takich jak falowniki, sterowniki programowalne PLC, panele operatorskie, komputery przemysłowe, CNC, zasilacze, itp.\nJako Team Leader będziesz odpowiedzialny za:\nzarządzanie zespołem inżynierów warsztatu,\nbieżącą realizację przypisanych napraw w swoim zespole,\nnadzór nad wskaźnikami KPI oraz pracą inżynierów w zespole,\nwsparcie techniczne dla inżynierów warsztatu oraz wdrażanie do roli Młodszych Inżynierów Warsztatu,\nprowadzenie napraw urządzeń elektronicznych i energoelektronicznych stosowanych w przemyśle,\ndiagnozowanie urządzeń oraz naprawę usterek na poziomie komponentów dyskretnych,\ntestowanie urządzeń oraz budowę stanowisk testowych,\nanalizę przyczyn występowania awarii,\nprzygotowywanie rzetelnych raportów z przeprowadzonych napraw w systemie.\nOd kandydatów oczekujemy:\nwykształcenia kierunkowego w dziedzinie elektroniki (lub pośredniego),\ndoświadczenia w naprawach podzespołów, urządzeń elektronicznych lub energoelektronicznych (minimum 5 lat),\nznajomości budowy i zasady działania układów analogowych, cyfrowych, zasilających,\nznajomości języka angielskiego na poziomie B1 (dokumentacja, instrukcja obsługi raporty z napraw),\numiejętności posługiwania się narzędziami diagnostycznymi,\npraktyczna znajomość lutowania elementów w technologii THT, SMD,\nzdolności manualnych, dokładności,\nchęci do rozwoju zawodowego.\nMile widziane:\nuprawnienia SEP do 1 kV,\ndoświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołami inżynierów,\ndoświadczenie w diagnostyce i naprawie urządzeń elektronicznych oraz energoelektronicznych,\npraktyczna wiedza z zakresu uruchamiania, testowania i programowania urządzeń przemysłowych.\nOferujemy:\nUbezpieczenie na życie.\nPrywatna opieka medyczna.\nKarta Sodexo LunchPass.\nFinansowanie na platformie MyBenefit.\nRoczna premia.\nDodatek świąteczny i urlopowy z Zakładowego Funduszu Świadczeń Socjalnych.\nDofinansowanie na szkolenia.\nKursy językowe.\nWhat We Offer:\nMedical Plan - Includes coverage for partners and children.
