The TAM is responsible for driving platform adoption, improving operational maturity, promoting best practices, and ensuring customers realize measurable business value from their SecureOT investment.\nModality: Hybrid\nLocation: Poland (Katowice), Czech Republic (Prague) or Spain (Barcelona/Madrid)\nYou will report to: MANAGER, TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT\nYour Responsibilities:\nCustomer Success & Value Realization\nDevelop and manage customer adoption and success plans.\nGuide customers through 30/60/90-day adoption programs following go-live.\nHelp customers achieve defined cybersecurity and operational objectives.\nTranslate technical platform data into meaningful business outcomes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve platform utilization and customer maturity.\nProvide technical input into renewal, expansion, and strategic planning activities.\nPlatform Health & Technical Advisory\nReview asset visibility, vulnerability management, and data quality metrics.\nIdentify risks, adoption gaps, and optimization opportunities.\nRecommend best practices for SecureOT configuration and utilization.\nAdvise customers on platform roadmap alignment and operational improvements.\nAct as the technical voice for assigned customers within Rockwell Automation.\nCustomer Enablement\nTrain customer users and administrators on SecureOT capabilities.\nEducate customers on dashboards, reporting, workflows, and platform features.\nPromote adoption of standard SecureOT reporting and best-practice operational processes.\nBuild customer competency and self-sufficiency over time.\nStrategic Technical Reviews\nLead Monthly Technical Reviews (MTRs).\nDevelop value-focused reporting and executive-friendly summaries.\nPresent adoption progress, health metrics, recommendations, and risks.\nPartner with Customer Success Managers on Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).\nTrack action items and technical recommendations through resolution.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Customer Success, Professional Services (CPS), Support, Product Management, Sales, and Managed Services teams.\nParticipate in customer onboarding and transition activities.\nEnsure successful handoff from deployment teams into steady-state operations.\nEscalate recurring customer challenges and enhancement opportunities to Product Management.\nThe Essentials -
