You value simplicity, diversity of thought and are unafraid to challenge the status quo. You'll manage all team members to create a modular, scalable solution that addresses/incorporates future architectural changes and designs. You will guide the teams engineering practices in test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated deployment. You are a hands-on people manager who coaches their team and removes roadblocks for the team to be successful.\nThe CDM/CDL Technical Leader leads the technical vision, design, and execution of data modeling, integration, and platform projects.
