Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production.\nIn a Youth Apprentice - Material Handler/Warehouse Associate Role, you will support the movement and accuracy of materials throughout the facility by your receiving, inventory, storage, distribution, and shipping activities. When needed you will ensure manufacturing operations have the materials needed by performing cycle counts, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing kits, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments. You will work as part of the Materials and Logistics Team in a clean, air conditioned, warehouse/manufacturing environment.
