Your work would help ensure the accuracy of invoice data and support accounting processes across ROCKWOOL entities in different countries.\nYou would have the opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting, work with financial data and learn how accounting processes operate in an international business environment.\nDepending on future opportunities, your tasks may include:\nSupporting accounting processes in the Accounts Payable Department within our Shared Services organisation;\nChecking data on invoices received from external vendors and other ROCKWOOL entities;\nPerforming administrative tasks related to accounting processes;\nWorking with accounting IT systems.\nWhat you bring\nWhile specific requirements may vary depending on future opportunities, we generally look for students who have:\nJust started their master's studies or are in the final year of their bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least one year of studies remaining;\nIntermediate English and fluent Polish;\nGood analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;\nStrong attention to detail;\nA collaborative, team-oriented mindset.\nWhat we offer\nAs part of the cooperation, we offer:\nFlexible working hours, taking your university schedule into account;\nAn office-first approach, with the possibility of working remotely, as mutually agreed;\nOpportunities to participate in team-building activities and other company events;\nAn onboarding programme to help you understand the relevant processes and get to know the people you will work with.\nYou will also have access to our modern office in the Nowy Rynek building, within walking distance of the railway station and major universities in central Poznań.
