At ROCKWOOL, we work relentlessly to enrich modern living through our innovative stone wool solutions.\nJoin us and make a difference! \nPay $36/hour\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive Pay & Benefits from Day 1: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.\n401K Match: Up to 6%\nPaid Time Off: Generous PTO, 12 paid holidays, and parental leave.\nEducational Assistance & Career Growth: Invest in your future.\nWellness Perks: Fitness reimbursement and EAP access.\nSafety First: Company-provided PPE and programs to keep you protected.\nWhat you bring:\n Possess a minimum of 3 years of robust industrial electrical experience.\nDemonstrated familiarity with Electrical Code regulations.\nSelf-sufficiency in working with minimal supervision.\nStrong troubleshooting capabilities.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.\nExemplify drive, commitment, positive attitude, and high energy levels.\nThe ability to lift 60 pounds; ability to lift to 120 pounds with another person.\nThe ability to shovel heavy waste to shoulder height, sweep, & to use sharp objects in a safe manner.\nMust be able to work in high temperatures, in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit for several hours during the day, as applicable.\nProficient understanding and application of:\nABB/Danfoss VFD drives.\nLenze servo drives\nSiemens PLC controlled Automation\nMotor control circuits\nIndustrial instrumentation\nWhat you will be doing:\nSkillfully install, examine, replace, and repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fiber-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures, and various other electrical components.\nConduct comprehensive testing of electrical and electronic equipment and components, ensuring continuity, current, voltage, and resistance meet required standards.\nMaintain, repair, test, and install critical electrical apparatus including switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators, and reactors, to uphold industrial functionality.\nExpertly handle the installation, repair, testing, and maintenance of electrical motors, generators, alternators, industrial storage batteries, and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems.\nEmploy advanced troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and rectify issues with industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems and related devices.\nImplement proactive preventive maintenance programs and maintain meticulous records to ensure the ongoing reliability of industrial electrical systems.\nInstall, calibrate, and maintain industrial instrumentation and associated devices with precision and care.\nInterpret complex drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to plan and execute industrial electrical equipment installations accurately.\nAdjust machinery and promptly replace defective parts to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime.\nUtilize machine tools such as lathes and grinders to fabricate necessary parts during machinery overhaul, maintenance, or setup.\nPerform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning and lubrication to uphold machinery performance and longevity.\nWork Environment & Conditions:\nJoin a clean, safe, and modern facility equipped with cutting-edge technology, advanced machinery, and innovative processes.
