At ROCKWOOL, we work relentlessly to enrich modern living through our innovative stone wool solutions.\nJoin us and make a difference!\nYour future team:\nYou will become part of the Finance Operations team and will be reporting to the Director - Operations Finance.\nWhat you will be doing:\nThe Rockfon Operation Controller will be responsible for the analysis of the Rockfon (RFN) Factory Operations in the Byhalia. This position will be a key support resource for Operations and Finance Management.\nPrepare financial data to initiate and support operating decisions and continuous improvement efforts. The Controller will be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and reporting for the operations area including VPC, maintenance costs and fixed cost.\nGenerate Operations Reporting, conduct business analysis, reconciliation, and forecasts, and analyze actual results compared to budget and prior years for all factory and related activities.\nPrepare annual standard costing and monitor actual versus standard deviation.\nMonitor and control overall factory investment to align with group guidance, budget controlling, and project time controlling.\nTo provide back up and support for the MAR Factory Controllers in periods of absence\nProvide ad hoc analysis support to the Operations and Finance team.\nWhat you bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.\n3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.\nStrong knowledge of general accounting and cost accounting principles.\nExperience with standard costing systems, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.\nSelf-motivated and results-oriented, with a high level of ownership, commitment, and energy.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with sound business judgment and a practical, hands-on approach.\nAbility to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams. \nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive Pay & Benefits from Day 1: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.\n401K Match: Up to 6%\nPaid Time Off: Generous PTO, 12 paid holidays, and parental leave.\nEducational Assistance & Career Growth: Invest in your future.\nWellness Perks: Fitness reimbursement and EAP access.\nSafety First: Company-provided PPE and programs to keep you protected.\nThe annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000.
