At ROCKWOOL, we work relentlessly to enrich modern living through our innovative stone wool solutions\nYour Future Team\nAs Global Pricing Specialist, you will lead the creation and maintenance of re-usable, common pricing processes, principles & reporting across ROCKWOOL. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Business Development your role will be based in Hedehusene, Denmark. There will be travel activity in this role.\nWhat you will be doing:\nStrategy support: Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the global pricing strategy, working to ensure alignment with ROCKWOOL’s commercial objectives and overall business strategy.\nProcess ownership: Take ownership of global pricing processes and collaborate with regional/local business units to establish, document and optimise pricing processes, policies, tools and reporting in preparation for a new pricing engine.\nGlobal projects: Play a key role in global pricing projects, including the introduction of a new pricing engine, from initial scoping through implementation and global rollout along with price setting, price structure, discount management, and other value-based pricing initiatives.\nPerformance & analytics: Consolidate and analyse pricing performance, market trends, and competitive benchmarks, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.\nExpert advisor: Act as a “centre of excellence” for pricing topics, providing guidance to regional pricing teams and commercial colleagues. Continue strengthening price governance by improving global price discipline, compliance, and reporting standards\nBusiness development: As part of the Commercial Strategy & Business Development team, you will thrive in a role that extends beyond pricing. You will play a central role in a variety of commercial initiatives, often working across multiple teams and stakeholders.\nBudget coordination: You will also be responsible for supporting the department’s internal budget process acting as a liaison between business controlling and management.\nStakeholder alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management teams to develop and drive new approaches to understanding and improving profitability, with a strong focus on commercial impact.\nWhat you bring:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of progressive experience in pricing management, preferably in a global B2B manufacturing environment (building materials or similar industries).\nProven track record in developing and executing pricing projects & processes and successfully influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization.\nStrong analytical skills; experience with pricing analytics, financial modelling, and market research.\nHands-on experience with pricing software and ERP systems (e.g., PROS, SAP).\nExcellent project management and communication skills.\nHigh proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.\nAbility to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
