You will join a team consisting of a Manager, an Expert, a Junior Specialist, and an Intern.\nWhat you will be doing:\nBuilding Data Governance for Master Data objects in scope of Group Operations and Technology.\nAnalyzing existing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.\nDesigning new workflows, procedures, and manuals.\nCollaborating with GSP members to improve procurement processes.\nEnsuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through validation and cleaning.\nIdentifying and eliminating duplicate data entries to reduce errors and enhance reliability.\nCreating and building visual representations of data to effectively convey information.\nFacilitating a better understanding of procurement metrics through data analysis.\nManaging and maintaining procurement master data.\nMonitoring processes, collecting feedback, and tracking performance to ensure long-term improvements.\nCreating and updating process manuals, instructions, and documentation of procurement tools and methodologies.\nGenerating regular reports and sharing key findings and performance metrics with stakeholders.\nOrganizing training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives for the procurement team.\nCollaborating with stakeholders across departments to align procurement master data activities with organizational goals.\nParticipating in cross-functional projects and providing procurement data insights.\nBuilding open and transparent communication with GSP and other departments.\nEnsuring effective information exchange and alignment of procurement activities with broader organizational objectives.\nWhat you bring:\nStrong knowledge of Master Data Objects, particularly Vendor and Material Master Data.\nExperience with Vendor and Material master data setup and maintenance.\nRelevant business degree.\n5+ years of experience in data analytics, process improvement, digital solutions and/or procurement, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nExperience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.\nAdvanced Power BI skills, including dashboard development, data visualization and reporting.\nExperience with data analytics tools and platforms; knowledge of Snowflake would be an advantage.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.\nStrong technical and digital capabilities, with an understanding of data structures, data quality and governance.\nStrategic thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.\nProven track record of delivering sustainable, data-driven results.\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across international teams.\nExperience in change management and process transformation.\nExcellent written and spoken English in a professional business environment.\nInternational experience is an advantage.\nWe know that you might not meet every item on this list.
